Neonatal chest x-ray (left sided-sided marker confirmed) demonstrates dextrocardia and complete situs inversus. This would include position of the IVC and the aorta given the positions of the umbilical lines. The lungs show improved aeration but persistent prominence of the perihilar interstitium. No air leak is noted.
