Kartagener syndrome

Patient reports 4 years of pain in right hemithorax. Two years ago he had a cough with yellowish sputum and hemoptysis. Presents with fever (not measured), dyspnea, and wheezing, worsening when in contact with dust and smoke. No weight loss.

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

Situs inversus totalis.

Airspace consolidation, associated with air bronchograms and cylindrical bronchiectasis, occupying almost all of the middle lobe.
