History of Kawasaki disease at age 5.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years old
Gender: Female

Calcifications in the expected locations of the left main and right coronary arteries, prior median sternotomy.

Calcified, thrombosed left main and right coronary artery aneurysms with patent saphenous vein "Y" bypass graft to the right coronary artery and the left anterior descending coronary artery.
