Presents with shortness of breath and atrial fibrillation. D-dimer +ve, ? PE

Linear interstitial lines in the lung periphery = Kerley B lines (actually fluid in the interlobular septa) due to mild pulmonary edema.  Note the very big heart.

Case Discussion

Always look at the lungs on a CTPA as it may provide the cause of breathlessness other than PE!
