Collapsed lunate bone of low signal intensity on both T1WI/T2WI (sclerosis) with edema of the radial aspect of high signal on T2WI, enhanced on postcontrast sequences. Rotation of the scaphoid bone with a negative ulnar variance are noted.
A ganglion cyst is noted at the ulno-carpal joint.
