Irregularity, collapse, and sclerosis of the lunate bone indicate Kienbock disease. 
There is ulnar negative variance.
Low signal sclerotic rim along with distal radius with subjacent bone marrow oedema/bruise is seen.

Small wrist joint effusion is noted.

Unremarkable flexor and extensor tendons.

Case Discussion

Kienbock disease is the idiopathic AVN of the lunate bone, seen mostly in younger adults and associated with negative ulnar variance.
