collapsed and sclerosed lunate bone
no significant lunate rotation or abnormal distance from the scaphoid
normal the other carpal bones and no evidence of osteoarthritis
no evidence of negative ulnar variance
Case Discussion
Kienbock disease is the idiopathic AVN of the lunate bone, seen mostly in younger adults and associated with negative ulnar variance.
