Irregularity, collapse and sclerosis of the lunate bone indicating Kienbock disease. There is strong ulnar negative variance.

Case Discussion

Kienbock disease is the idiopathic AVN of the lunate bone, seen mostly in younger adults and associated with negative ulnar variance.
