Dyspepsia.

Age: 15
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

The initial swallow phase of an upper GI contrast study on a teenager. There is a small left lateral outpouching from the anteroinferior portion of the hypopharynx. Appearances represent a Killian-Jamieson diverticulum - these are usually asymtomatic. No cause for symptoms.
