Presentation

Dyspepsia.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

The initial swallow phase of an upper GI contrast study on a teenager. There is a transient small left lateral outpouching from the anteroinferior portion of the hypopharynx, adjacent to the pyriform sinus.

No cause found for the for symptoms.
