Case Discussion
CT and MRI through the neck demonstrate extensive subcutaneous masses consisting of enlarged lymph nodes and enlargement of the right parotid gland. These masses are homogeneous and enhancing.
Features are consistent with Kimura disease which was confirmed on histology. It is a rare benign inflammatory disease that presented with enlargement of cervical lymph nodes and salivary glands. It shows predilection near the angle of the mandible and post-auricular groups
