New nasogastric tube not able to flush or aspirate.

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

The nasogastric tube descends down the thorax in midline, bisecting the carina, the tip is located under the left hemidiaphragm. The tube demonstrates a kink of its radio-opaque indicator line just proximal to the weighted tip.
