Gradually increasing enhancement through the portovenous and delayed phase is seen in a mass at the confluence of the right and left hepatic ducts (Klatskin tumor).

x-ray

The cholangiogram shows a filling defect at the right and left hepatic duct confluence. An Internal - external type of percutaneous drainage is performed in this case.

Case Discussion

Gradually increasing enhancement through the portovenous and delayed phase (approx. 15 mins post-contrast) are features of a cholangiocarcinoma.
