Neck pain with bilateral brachialgia

Sagittal images showing fusion of C2 and C3 as well as C5 and C6 with rudimentary intervening discs. Axial images showing right sided aortic arch. 

X-ray

Chest radiograph showing right sided heart and right sided stomach suggesting situs inversus totalis

Case Discussion

Aortic arch anomalies are a recognized association with Klippel Feil syndrome
