Klippel-Trénaunay syndrome

Follow up in a known case of KTS.

Patient Data

Age: 25
Gender: Male
Modality: Photo

Clinical aspect of cutaneous capillary malformations (port wine stains), varicosities, lymphedema and hemihypertrophy of the left lower extremity.

Modality: MRI

Complete absence of the left common and external iliac veins. Large, left-to-right crossover anastomosis via the external pudendal veins, sometimes referred to as spontaneous Palma's venous by-pass.

Case Discussion

Combined truncular venous aplasia and haemolymphatic malformation, formerly referred to as Klippel-Trénaunay syndrome.
