Ultrasound deep to a surgical scar on the skin confirms a traumatic knife wound to the breast.

There are very few straight lines in nature. This lady was waiting for a bus when a fight erupted outside a pub and she was stabbed in the left breast with a pocket knife by one of the thugs.
The client quite correctly denied surgical intervention so we worked the distortion up. It turned out she was stabbed as a young woman.
