Presentation

Pain in abdomen and weight loss.

Patient Data

Age: 35
Gender: Female
Modality: CT
Diffuse concentric wall thickening is seen involving the stomach extending from the gastro-oesophageal junction upto the antrum. Maximum wall thickness measures 15 mm in region of lesser curvature of stomach. Diffuse perigastric fat stranding is noted with multiple small lymph nodes are seen in the epigastric region. Multiple small subcentimetre sized homogeneously enhancing lymph nodes are seen at celiac axis and in the peripancreatic region. Multiple small homogenously enhancing lymph nodes are also noted in the mesentery. Diffuse fat stranding and nodularity is noted involving the peritoneum and the omental fat. Multiple nodules are seen along the parietal peritoneum which show homogenous enhancement on post contrast. Moderate free fluid is seen in abdomen and pelvis.
