- There is irregularity and loss in height of the L4 vertebral body.
- Vertebral alignment is otherwise maintained.
- No other acute bony abnormality

- There is extensive lucency causing collapse of the L4 vertebral body superior end plate and extending into the body itself but not through into the pedicular region.
- Solitary L4 vertebral body lytic lesion with no evidence for cord compression.
- Given the patient's history myeloma, this is likely to be a
deposit. - There is no disruption into the spinal canal.
- No paravertebral soft tissue mass.
- There is no expansion of the bone outside into the psoas musculature

This patient had underlying myeloma and received radiotherapy of the lumbar spine for this spinal lesion.
