Lady Windermere syndrome

Poor definition of the right cardiac border with possible sub-segmental atelectasis best appreciated at the lateral chest radiograph.


RML and lingula bronchiectatic changes with mucus plugging and areas of subsegmental atelectasis.

Few tree-in-buds areas are seen as well. Multiple subcentimeter mediastinal lymph nodes, likely reactive.
