Known sarcoidosis.

Age: 25 years

Gallium-67 scan showing mild tracer uptake in the bilateral hilar nodes and the paratracheal nodes - the lambda sign of sarcoidosis.

Heart size is within normal limits. Extensive mediastinal and hilar lymphadenopathy. Lungs and pleural spaces are clear. Bones are normal.

  • Garland triad (1-2-3 sign) on CXR
