Painful soft tissue swelling on scalp.

 Well defined punched out osteolytic lesions with scalloped edges.

Case Discussion

Features on x-ray are consistent with Langerhans cell histiocytosis

The skeletal system is the commonest site of involvement of Langerhans cell histiocytosis, and in 60-80% of cases is the only organ system involved.
