Painful swelling of the skull.

There are multiple osteolytic lesions with scalloped edges in the calvarium. 

Case Discussion

Langerhans cell histiocytosis of the skull in a 5 years old child. Note the more extensive involvement of the outer table and the characteristic bevelled edges.
