There are several well-defined punched out lesions involving the skull bone, one of which demonstrates bevelled edges. No skull fracture noted.
Case Discussion
Classical skull radiograph for Langerhans cell histiocytosis. The patient also had cervical lymph nodes that were excised and sent for HPE which confirmed the diagnosis of Langerhans cell histiocytosis.
