The C6 vertebral body has collapsed, losing almost all vertical height with mild anterolisthesis of C5 on C6. Posterior elements appear spared.
In addition there is compression fracture of the superior endplate of the L3 vertebral body, and an ill-defined lucency/lytic lesion in the actetabulum.
Case Discussion
The patient went on to have a biopsy of the acetabular lesion, which confirmed Langerhans histiocytosis.
