Presentation

History of abdominal pain, dysuria, and one-time vomiting since yesterday. The pain began acutely, with an intermittent course, and there is no associated diarrhea or fever.

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

An X-ray of the abdomen in an upright position revealed indications of large bowel obstruction, characterized by air-fluid levels.

No free air is observed under the diaphragm.
