Dilated loops of the large bowel to the sigmoid colon region accompanied by air-fluid level. The distal large bowel is collapsed. No free air or pneumotosis

Features on the X-ray are consistent with large bowel obstruction.
The patient underwent colonoscopy and then surgery that confirmed rectosigmoid adenocarcinoma.
