Presentation

Fall on to left side.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Female

Impacted transverse fracture with some lateral displacement to the surgical neck of the humerus with avulsion of the greater tuberosity. 

Large lipohemarthrosis with a concomitant pseudo subluxation.
