Gender: Male

Abdominal scan in supine position with large probe reveal two large cortical cysts.

Case Discussion

Renal cortical cysts are a common finding in aged population. Majority of them are benign and asymptomatic. In minority cases it can enlarged enough to cause symptoms. It may be solitary or multiple. It may be unilateral or bilateral.
