Presentation
Diagnosed with irregular heart sounds. Normal on exam today, but noted to have diminished AE in the left lower lung base. Oxygen levels 97% at rest. Odd episodes of cough, lateral flow test negative, organizing a formal covid test now. No creps heard on the left base. Symptoms of breathlessness on exertion and fatigue. Collapse or any evidence of PE or covid involvement?
