The right kidney seems to be duplicated. There is moderate hydroureteronephrosis with resultant delayed contrast excretion in the lower moiety of the right kidney due to a large filling defect within the urinary bladder, adjacent to the right ureterovesical junction.
Case Discussion
The rounded filling defect within the right side of the bladder adjacent to the right ureterovesical junction is consistent with a right ureterocele, that confirmed on ultrasonography.
