Multiple hypoenhancing intramural masses fill the uterus, with the largest in the anterior fundus/body posteriorly displacing and distorting the endometrial stripe.
Small right ovarian teratoma.
Benign liver hemangiomas and cysts.

Typical appearance of fibroid uterus on CT. The large anterior fibroid could be mistaken for a malignant mass, and is likely undergoing some degree of degeneration (hyaline is most common).
