A hyperdense foreign body (suction cup) located in the laryngeal and upper esophageal regions causes prespinal soft tissue thickening and marked pressure effect on the airway.
Case Discussion
A child with acute breath difficulty should think about foreign body aspiration, and neck and chest x-rays in the frontal and lateral views will be helpful.
