Presentation

Unwitnessed fall. Background metastatic bowel cancer.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male
ct

No fracture. Previous C6/7 interbody fusion with good union demonstrated.

Multiple lytic lesions in the vertebral bodies of C2, C3, C4, C6 and T1 are suspicious for osseous metastatic disease.

Laryngeal mask airway (LMA) noted.
