Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Inferior glenoid bone graft (from coracoid process) has taken well and is fixated by two screws. No hardware failure. 

Case Discussion

 

The Latarjet procedure is where a coracoid bone block is positioned flush with the anterior-inferior border of the glenoid, transfixed by screws, and usually performed for antero-inferior instability.
