Lateral condyle fracture

On the lateral, there is clearly a fracture. The capitellum is posteriorly displaced.
However, on the AP film, there is a small fragment of bone lateral to the distal humeral metaphysis and cortical irregularity medially.
Case Discussion
There is a tiny ossific density adjacent to the lateral portion of the distal humeral metaphysis. Between it and a cortical irregularity in the intercondylar region, there is a fracture line. This is a lateral humeral condylar fracture and there is dorsal displacement of the distal fracture fragment.
