A fracture is seen extending though the lateral condyle showing mild bone displacement.

Lateral humeral condyle fractures is the second most common pediatric elbow fracture.

The key to correct interpretation of pediatric elbow injuries is an understanding of the order and age at which the various secondary ossification centers of the elbow become visible.
