Lateral erosion of the clavicle

Erosion of the lateral (distal) end of the left clavicle. Right ACJ normal.
Heart size normal.
Lungs clear.
Case Discussion
Lateral (or distal) erosion of the clavicle has multiple causes which include:
- post traumatic
- myeloma
- hyperparathyroidism
- rheumatoid disease, scleroderma and other spondylarthritides ( as in this case of psoriatic arthritis )
This is a very classic fellowship viva film as:
