L4 hemivertebra with secondary lumbar scoliosis with convexity towards right side. Cobb angle 40°.

Right-sided lateral hemivertebra at L4 vertebra resulting in mild scoliosis with convexity to right side.
Loss of spinous process and left pedicle of S1 vertebra (spina bifida).
