Case Discussion

Lateral humeral condyle fracture in children is the second most common fracture around the elbow joint next to supracondylar fracture. For practical purposes, the fractures are grouped as displaced (>2 mm) and undisplaced (<2 mm). Displaced fractures are treated operatively and undisplaced fractures are treated non-operatively. In our case, the fractured fragment is displaced >2 mm along with the capitellum which would require surgical intervention.
