Patient Data

Age: 65 years old
Gender: Male
x-ray

Knee dislocation with lateral displacement of the tibia/fibula with respect to be femur. Also, there is lateral dislocation of the patella, with a small bone fragment at its lower pole. 

Case Discussion

Knee dislocation is uncommon, and is associated with relatively high incidence of neurovascular damage.
