Lateral meniscal tear primary repair

- Bucket handle tear of the posterior lateral meniscal horn, which is therefore flipped anteriorly, resulting the double delta sign, with the "ghost meniscus sign" present in its original location.
- Moderate knee joint effusion.

FU study 5 mth after surgical refixation.
After repair the posterior horn is present in its anatomical location and demonstrates normal signal.
Note postoperative metal artifact laterally.
