Twisting injury of knee.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Female
mri
  • mild joint effusion

  • bone bruise involving the lateral femoral condyle

  • osteochondral injury of the medial articular surface of the patella with an underlying bruise

  • trochlear dysplasia associated with a small medial facet and a shallow trochlear groove

This case represents a typical appearance for an acute lateral patellar dislocation post-relocation.
