Knee pain.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female
mri

Large joint effusion with bone marrow edema at the lateral femoral condyle and medial aspect of the patella. Disruption of the medial patellar retinaculum. Subcutaneous edema anterior to the patella.
