Case Discussion

Cardiac devices such as pacemakers, loop recorders etc are commonly seen on chest radiograph.

Left atrial closure devices are not often seen. Also different types are used by cardiosurgeons depending on clinical scenario. It is crucial to know their appearance and typical position.

In this case AtriClip® closure device within left appendage is seen.
