Slight shortness of breath.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

The carina is played and a double right heart border is seen. The heart is enlarged and upper zone pulmonary vasculature is prominent particularly in the right upper zone. 

Case Discussion

Features are typical of left atrial enlargement due to mitral regurgitation.
