Well defined, hypoattenuating lesion (Mean HU =13 at non-enhanced images and 39 at post-contrast images) in the non-dependent portion of left atrium attached to inter-atrial septum. The lesion measures about 4.2 x 3.7 x 3.7 cm in size. Peripheral discontinuous calcifications are seen in the periphery of the lesion. No extension of the lesion to the left ventricle is noted.
Rest of the cardiac chambers are normal. No pericardial effusion.
The major vessels of the mediastinum appear normal.
Atelectasis of the lingula of the left lung is noted.
The imaging features are likely of left atrial myxoma.
No further follow up available.
