Presentation

The patient got injured at a football match by another player's foot, on examination: there is pain and swelling with contusion over the left great toe distal phalanx.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

X-ray shows fracture at the base of the distal phalanx of the left big toe with intra-articular extension.
