Left clavicular fracture - birth injury

ETT and NGT appropriately positioned.  Contrast noted from previous examination.

Hidden left clavicular fracture.

ETT and NGT appropriately positioned.  Left PICC line tip in the subclavian region.  Left clavicular fracture.

Case Discussion

Birth injuries are sometimes difficult to see on initial imaging, especially when the head obstructs the clavicles and upper ribs.
