Left diaphragmatic rupture with hourglass sign on Barium study

52 Y/O male with previous history of LUQ penetrating trauma

Age: 52
Gender: Male

The margin of the left diaphragm is not visulized. Barium study shows intrathoracic herniation of the stomach  through a left diaphragmatic rupture (hourglass sign)
