Left frontal parasagittal meningioma

Presentation

Episode of loss of consciousness and collapse

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Extra axial para sagittal lesion overlying left frontal lobe with clear CSF cleft, broad base to dura. Lesion is T1 isointense T2 iso to heterogeneously hyperintense with no blooming on GRE images. Intense post contrast enhancement with enhancing dural tail. 

Scalp hematoma is seen along the left frontoparietal calvarium secondary to fall and head injury. No underlying calvarial breach.
